Automatic glue station system

Gum making machine is necessaity of Medium and large procution houses to reduce dependency on out source, saving of time, Un interrupted pruduction line.

Structure features:

This system, do not need to use stabilizer, And paste liquid penetration is strong, and paste liquid stability, long time preservation stratification.

 

The whole system running are controlled by the program Settings, and software of the control system is designed by the company on the basis of the practical need of each a cardboard-box factory and development, stable and reliable operation.

This system has a temperature sensor and temperature display control gel temperature, to ensure that the starch molecules more easily soluble in water, and at the same time avoid glue quality received the change of environmental temperature and produce larger.

 

 

Structure Feature

  • This equipment is equipped with automatic washing tank, after each delivery the glue, automatic cleaning tanks
  • The liquid level sensor could test the liquid level, when the level is lower, then the PLC could make glue according to the different glue point.
  • Shear, stirring time set by the program and controlled by PLC.
  • Slice into liquid alkali, alkaline storage in alkali liquor storage tank; Lye tank liquid level height is controlled by PLC, when the level to be lower limit, through the pump by alkali liquor storage automatic recharge.
  • When starch tank level down to the level sensor, the system automatically alarm prompt adding material and adding material vibration.
  • Send glue to glue storage tank automatically by the pneumatic diaphragm pump, is controlled by PLC control
