Auto feeding thin blade slitter scorer machine with stacker is fully auto version focused on providing corrugation houses with high productivity using mimimum manforce. Auto feeder with stacker helps achieve high productivity with minimum labour while electric adjustment 8 bar machine helps bring precision in operations while minimizing the possibility of accidents due to operator negligence. Auto stacker is especially useful for corrugation houses looking for long run jobs of slitting/cutting corrugated board as it makes collection and auto stacking seamless for complex jobs.

Feeding section:

  • The cardboard size is adjusted by screw rod adjusting mechanism
  • Can better adapt to all kinds of cardboard and the paper-feeding is stable and accurate
  • The belt which conveys cardboard adopts -  high quality rubber seamless belts. They are high friction, durable, noise friendly and easy to maintain providing high economical benefits

Slitting Part:

  • Adopts two roll near-range feeding (front and back rubber roll distance 325mm), followed by scoring with easy adjustment
  • It can do slitting only without scoring
  • Avoid error when scoring
  • Adopt electric or manually adjustable blade distance as per customer choice with pneumatic lock.
  • Easy to operate and high precision, save time and labour to adjust.
  • Adopt high quality tungsten steel blade - sharp and long lasting - slice more tidily in a non-pressing and non-burr manner

Scoring Part

Adopt 5 points scoring, scoring 

Grinding Part

  • Adopt (automatic and manual) two kinds of pneumatic grinding
  • it could be grinding when working hence improving work efficiency
  • Adopt branded electric element for dependable performance

Stacker section

  • Stacker section is added to make it fully automatic thin blade (for various scoring and slitting of corrugated board for high production plants)
  • It saves collection cost and time
  • Stacker belt seamlessly transports board out of the machine with counted and tracked delivery
