Our Unique Features 
1) We use our high speed PLC (computerized digital sheeter where you can input length of board). Error in our sheeter is 1mm (best in class).
2) We use imported steel knives in our PLC sheeter which are more accurate and have longer life. Competitor is using regular D3 knives in comparison
3)Our Double facer is based on the global gold standard of blower system for uniform heating and more robust life. Competitor uses direct heat tubes in hot plates which heats the board inefficiently and reduces the life of entire plant 
4) Double Facer, Imported Knife and PLC Sheeter are important to produce our output of 75-80 cuts per minute with high accuracy
